Plant growth regulators
Look for the crop and the stage: vegetative, flowering, fruit set. A PGR is not a feed. If the stage is not on the pack, do not use it for that stage.

02 — The pack
What to read on the pack.
Each line below is a kind of input, not a product name. If the pack in your hand does not name your crop, do not stretch it.
Insecticide
Look for the pest list and the crop list. If your insect is not named, this pack is not for that insect. Other damage can look like insects.
Ask about insecticideHerbicide
Look for the crop it is allowed on, and the time: before the crop, after the crop, or between the rows. The same pack can hurt the crop if that time is wrong.
Ask about herbicideFungicide
Look for the disease names — not only the word “spots”. Water, insects, or a weak plant can look the same. If the disease is not named, write before you spray.
Ask about fungicidePlant boosters
Look at what the pack actually is: a feed, a PGR, or a support product. “Booster” is a shop word, not a legal class. A weak crop still needs a cause.
Ask about plant boostersBiostimulants
Look for a licence or a Schedule VI line. In India this class is not a pesticide. We will print that line here when we have it. Until then, the pack in your hand is the record.
